Dr. Prabhu Shivalingappa (Dr. Shiva) is a Board Certified Internist. He specializes in emergency medicine and primary care. Dr. Shiva received a gold medal for ranking first in his class in his final year of M.B.B.S. Dr Shiva has 2 sons and he enjoys playing golf and tennis.

Jennifer Kern, APN graduated with her master's degree in nursing from Ball State University, where she completed the adult nurse practitioner program. She is board certified in Adult-Gerontology primary care. As a nurse, she has over five years of experience working on a telemetry floor, where she cared for patients with neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, and other complex problems. Her special interests include health promotion, weight loss, nutrition, and diabetes. In her spare time, she enjoys running, kickboxing, cooking, spending time with her family, and traveling to warm places

Lindsay Shanahan, APN, FNP-BC earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Lewis University in 2017. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Lakeview College of Nursing (affiliated with Eastern Illinois University) in 2013. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Lindsay has worked as a nurse in medical oncology, cardiac, and critical care. Her special interests include nutrition, weight loss and women’s health.
